Seasonal Sites

All of our seasonal sites are full hookup and have a firepit and picnic table. Enjoy the
swimming pond from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day weekend. Free pets and
limited wifi.
Seasonal site rent for 2024 is $2,250.00 plus metered electric. There will be a standard
3% charge if a credit card is used to pay (Price includes lot, water and sewer).

1. Your seasonal site rent will be from April 15, 2024 to October 31, 2024.

You are responsible for your own electricity. Management will read your electric meter at the beginning of each month and be due on the 15th of each month.

2. Seasonal rates are based on two adults and two children.

3. All seasonal units must be kept up in good condition.

4. Visitors are subject to the same camping rules of $2 per person or $5 if staying overnight. Overnight visitors are people VISITING YOU, not using your unit when you are not there. Seasonal renters may not rent out their units or lease their site or allow another unit to occupy their site for the remainder of the season. Seasonal rate is based on two adults and two children/grandchildren under the age of 18.

5. If visitors come in while you are not here, they must register and pay the regular
camping fee.

6. Only one RV registered to you can be used during a season.

7. Seasonal members must be present for their guests and visitors to enjoy the grounds. You are responsible for your guests and visitors.

8. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.

9. Please respect your neighbors and keep your campsite neat at all times.

10. Please keep trash to normal trash accumulated while camping. Additional fees
apply if caught dumping things other than normal camping trash. Do not dispose of
large items such as mattresses, TV’s, carpet, grills, pallets etc. Please do not bring
garbage of any kind from home to put in our dumpster.

11. This year a push mower will be provided. All seasonals are responsible for the
mowing, raking and general upkeep of their site.

12. Storage outside your RV shall be limited to one outside storage unit nice and neat.

13. Swim at your own risk. NO lifeguards on duty. An adult must accompany all
children under 14 years old.

14. No golf carts, ATVs or ATVs unless you have permission for special needs.

15. If arrangements have been made with the owners and you are leaving your camper
here in the off season nothing can be left outside the camper or under the camper
including rugs and wood. There will be a $ 30.00 a month fee for storage.

16. All the following tasks must be completed by our closing date of October 31 at 1
pm: unplug unit from electric box, disconnect water hose and make sure nothing is left behind. Make sure your site is clean before you leave. Anything left will be removed
and discarded.
